The Spring Youth Festival is a fun, vibrant and interactive celebration of the Arts.  Featuring Artists, Artisans, Street Performers, Buskers, Musicians, Poets, Dancers and more aged up to 26 years. Our adoring public can purchase voting tokens to support their favourite artists as they entertain and amaze out and about High St, Woodend!  Performances and exhibitions from 10am-5pm and we'll announce our prize winners from 6pm.
